Empowering junior leaders to allocate and share resources seems to be one of the more challenging aspects of the CrossLead Framework.
- How should a MTL empower resource allocation decisions to junior leaders in environments that have a number of conflicting sub-objectives?
- How often should a multi-team leader re-assess and/or re-allocate resources due to new high priority projects?
- Are there any circumstances where the leader should “pull back” resource allocation decisions to their level?
