CrossLead Team Leader is a leader development program designed for managers of high-performing teams.

Team leaders play a critical role in single or multi-team ecosystems. This five-week virtual training program will focus on individual skills and team-based processes to help managers succeed in any environment. The training will combine CrossLead-led training sessions, practical exercises, and interactive small group discussions.

Standard Admission grants you attendance to the 5-week virtual program, to take place April 13 – May 11. Live webinars will take place every Tuesday at 4 pm ET.
